2009 year's New Media Meeting attracted in usual order a great number of art, media and music enthusiasts. The three-day festival program was filled with talks, workshops, a wide variety of music performances and installations. The festival is organized by non-profit organization Resistans.
New Media Meeting is an annual international media art festival taking in Norrköping, Sweden. The festival premiered in 2006 and is devoted to innovative works and projects in electronic art, media, music and visualization. In only three years NMM has become one of the most important media festivals in the Nordic Region – attracting an impressive line-up of renowned and upcoming international artists on the Media art and electronic music scene. At NMM Performing Pictures gave an artist talk and exhibited the installation Kids on the Slide - a series of moving images that ground themselves in quiet action with a dramatic transformation in the situation.
